Mary Peter Cudd brings more than 30 years of legal experience to clients in southern Texas. Mary’s practice is focused on assisting individuals and families:
- to plan for aging in place or living in a care center
- who are facing the issue of losing a loved one, or the incapacity of a loved one
- to conserve and protect assets as a part of a long-term estate plan
She is a retired certified public accountant, municipal judge, and a trained mediator. Mary appears in courts in Brazoria, Matagorda, Galveston, and Fort Bend counties. She is frequently appointed by the courts to serve as a temporary administrator or temporary guardian in contested estates. Mary has served as guardian for numerous individuals during her practice.
